MINSK, 24 September (BelTA) – Belarus is set to sign agreements on cooperation with five regions of Russia. The decision is laid down in Council of Ministers' Resolution No.551 of 22 September 2020, which was officially published on the national legal internet portal on 24 September, BelTA has learned.
Agreements will be signed with Leningrad Oblast, Bashkortostan, Khabarovsk Krai, Samara Oblast and Kursk Oblast. The documents are concluded to facilitate cooperation in trade, economic, sci-tech, social and cultural sectors.
Belarus’ Deputy Prime Minister Igor Petrishenko has been authorized to sign the agreements.
