MINSK, 4 January (BelTA) – Belarus’ national pavilions will be opened on seven new online platforms of China, the press service of the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone told BelTA.

A ceremony to hand over authorizations for opening digital national pavilions for selling Belarusian goods via seven new digital platforms took place in the Belarusian embassy in China. Top officials of the Belarusian embassy and SZAO Industrial Park Development Company took part in the event. During the negotiations it was noted that Belarus’ national pavilion, which was launched on Chinese online platforms in 2022, had produced excellent results. The sides discussed results of the work and future cooperation within the framework of the project.

Belarus’ national pavilion is an online shopping project meant to promote Belarusian goods among Chinese consumers. Apart from that, in a laid-back manner the pavilion operating on the Douyin platform introduces visitors to Belarus’ culture, places of interest in Belarus, the country’s history, and outstanding Belarusians.
