MINSK, 18 December (BelTA) – Belarus is considering floating eurobonds worth $600 million in the first quarter of 2018, Belarus’ Finance Minister Vladimir Amarin told the media on 18 December, BelTA has learned.
“Next year we are planning to complete our floating of eurobonds to the total tune of $2 billion. $1.4 billion of them has been floated this year. I think that we will do the rest in Q1 2018,” he explained.
BelTA reported earlier that this year Belarus has floated eurobonds to the tune of $1.4 billion. The eurobonds were floated in two tranches with the interest rate of 7.125% and 7.625% respectively.
