Belarus taking part in Meble Polska 2019 in Poznan

MINSK, 12 March (BelTA) – The Belarusian exposition has opened at the international exhibition Meble Polska 2019 in Poznan, Poland, BelTA learned from the National Center for Marketing and Price Study of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Belarus is represented at the furniture forum by Slonimdrevmebel, Ivatsevichdrev, Slavyanskaya Stolitsa Factory, ZOV-Plita, and others. According to the National Center for Marketing, Belarus’ collective stand is taking part in the exhibition for the second time. Belarus first participated in the expo in 2018. The exhibition attracted then more than 25,000 furniture buyers from 59 countries. Almost every third visitor was a foreigner.

Among the participants of this year’s edition are big Polish furniture producers and exporters, companies from Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovakia, Croatia, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Turkey and China.

Meble Polska 2019 has the status of one of the largest furniture exhibitions in Central and Eastern Europe. Its area exceeds 42,000 square meters. The expositions occupy 11 exhibition halls. The event has become a meeting place for furniture industry professionals from all over the world, who see Meble Polska as one of the most effective tools for promoting furniture products in the EU countries.

The expo will stay open through 15 March. The Belarusian collective stand at the forum has been organized by the National Center for Marketing and Price Study of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
