Belarus takes part in Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade

MINSK, 25 July (BelTA) - Belarus' Consul General in Chongqing Dmitry Yemelyanov took part in an opening ceremony of the fourth Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade in Southwest China's Chongqing, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission.

The fair is running at the Chongqing International Expo Center. The national pavilion of the Republic of Belarus put together with the assistance of the Consulate General showcases the products of the leading Belarusian enterprises of confectionery, alcohol and dairy industries. 

"Following the presentation and tasting event on the opening day, Chinese partners showed a high interest in Belarusian goods," the Consulate General informed.

The Belarusian side held meetings with the leadership of the People's Government and representatives of companies participating in the event.
