Belarus takes part in MITT 2022 tourism expo in Moscow

MINSK, 16 March (BelTA) – Belarus has presented its tourism potential at Moscow International Travel & Tourism Exhibition (MITT) running in the Russian capital on 15-17 March, BelTA learned from the National Tourism Agency.

Belarus’ national stand was visited by Aleksandr Slobodchuk, Senior Counselor, Head of the Business and Cultural Complex of the Embassy of Belarus in Russia. Representatives of the Belarusian regions met with the head of the international cooperation department at the Russian Federal Agency for Tourism Demian Smilevets.

"Participants from Belarus are actively negotiating the possibilities of bilateral cooperation with the regions of Russia," the agency said.

For 28 years, the MITT exhibition has been promoting tourism in Russia. Managers and specialists of the tourism industry from all over the world attend the event to network, study unique tourism products and conclude mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
