MINSK, 3 October (BelTA) – Twelve Belarusian companies are featured in the Made in Belarus national exposition arranged during the 60th International Engineering Exhibition MSV 2018 that is taking place in the Czech city of Brno on 1-5 October, BelTA learned from the Belinterexpo exhibition company of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The export potential of the country’s manufacturing sector is presented by companies affiliated with Belneftekhim Concern, research centers of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and Belarusian Steel Mill. Among the products on display are induction furnaces for melting bronze, diamond-based superhard materials for cutting non-ferrous metals, nano-composite coatings for instruments used in woodworking and metalworking, a broad assortment of seamless pipes, high-quality protective waxes and paraffin emulsions. The Belarusian companies also showcase foundry technologies and equipment for producing hydrogen, endothermic and exothermic gases and other products.
The international conference “Business Day of the Republic of Belarus” offered a detailed review of Belarusian companies. The conference was attended by diplomats and business people from Czechia.
The Made in Belarus exposition was organized by the Belinterexpo exhibition company of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with support from the Belarusian Embassy in Czechia.
The International Engineering Exhibition MSV is the biggest engineering expo in Central and Eastern Europe.
