Belarus, Serbia discuss deliveries of Belarusian vehicles

MINSK, 15 March (BelTA) – A delegation of the Belarusian automobile engineering company MAZ headed by company’s deputy head Gennady Skitov, representatives of the Development Bank and Eximgarant of Belarus visited Serbia’s capital Belgrade, BelTA has learned from the Embassy of Belarus in Serbia.

The delegation met with the State Secretary of the Serbian Ministry of Interior Miloslav Milickovic to discuss the status of implementation of the project on joint production of fire trucks on MAZ chassis for the Sector for Emergency Management and the prospects to bolster cooperation.

“The delegation met with Serbian colleagues in Belgrade’s City Hall, visited GSP Belgrade and Lasta transport companies. The parties discussed the possibilities to equip and reequip Belgrade’s vehicle fleet with new buses, electrobuses, trolleybuses and to launch the deliveries of other Belarusian vehicles for the city’s needs,” the Embassy said.
