MINSK, 13 August (BelTA) - Belarus seeks to increase the supplies of dairy and meat products to the Sultanate of Oman, BelTA learned from the Telegram channel of the Belarusian Agriculture and Food Ministry.
Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Aleksei Bogdanov took part in the online forum "Belarus - Oman" organized by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) jointly with the Omani Chamber of Commerce and Industry. During the forum he spoke about the agricultural potential of Belarus and outlined the prospects for further development of mutually beneficial cooperation with the Sultanate of Oman.
Belarus is interested in increasing the supplies to the Sultanate of Oman of dairy products such as- butter, cheese, skimmed and whole milk powder, and in the future meat products (beef, poultry) produced in accordance with the Halal requirements, the press service said.
