MINSK, 24 September (BelTA) - Belarus and the Republic of Korea are preparing to sign an agreement on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs affairs, Belarus’ State Customs Committee told BelTA following a meeting between its chairman Yuri Senko and Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Belarus Tae Jun You.
“The parties discussed cooperation and exchanged the information on the degree of readiness to sign the intergovernmental agreement on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs affairs. At the moment, the draft document is undergoing domestic procedures in both states,” the State Customs Committee said.
At the end of the meeting, the Korean side gave the Belarusian Customs Service protective suits against coronavirus infection.
