MINSK, 4 September (BelTA) – Belarus is ready to sell more multipurpose agricultural machines to Russia’s Orenburg Oblast. The relevant matters were discussed during the meeting of Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Anatoly Kalinin and Orenburg Oblast Governor Yuri Berg, representatives of the Embassy of Belarus in Russia told BelTA.
The meeting focused on ways to advance mutually beneficial trade and economic cooperation. Belarus is ready to offer all the equipment an animal farm would need and is ready to assist with designing and building animal farms. The Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus also suggested selling more Belarusian multipurpose agricultural machines. He also suggested considering both the choice of assembled machines and the volume of assembled machines depending on needs of farming enterprises in the regions.
The Belarusian side is also ready to take part in renewing Orenburg Oblast’s automobile and electric transport fleet, both urban and intercity routes, including taking into account the requirement to switch urban automobile transport to gas engine fuel. According to Anatoly Kalinin, there are also good prospects of stepping up cooperation in the civil engineering industry.
According to the Deputy Prime Minister, apart from its interest in selling more to the Russian region Belarus is also ready to switch to new forms of mutual relations such as the establishment of joint ventures, assembly enterprises, and the sharing of experience of introducing cutting-edge technologies.
