“Today we can see three areas of cooperation. Nizhny Novgorod has a large social housing program. We have agreed on the state production association Minskstroy to implement the project. In particular, MAPID - our flagship house-building company, has already conducted certain negotiations. We plan to commission the first social house next year,” said Oleg Shvets.
The construction of two schools is another promising area of work. “We have already approached the stage of completing the design for one of them, and have agreements for the second one,” the first deputy minister said.
The third direction of cooperation is the development of agro-towns. “We have offered designs of prefabricated houses, our experience and to design the pilot project, starting from the urban planning documentation up to the full completion of the object. The partners got interested. We expect their arrival in the first quarter, so they could have a look and study the experience,” Oleg Shvets added.
