MINSK, 22 February (BelTA) – Belarus’ National Center for Marketing held a web-based meeting with the Export Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, BelTA learned from the National Center for Marketing.
The parties reviewed the current status of bilateral cooperation and plans for 2024, considered a possibility of organizing a visit of a Uzbek delegation to Minsk in the fourth quarter of the year and exchange of information and experience.
The parties agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding, hold video conferences on the market trends in the two countries and promising avenues of Belarusian-Uzbek cooperation.
Woodworking, pharmaceuticals, food industry, and textiles have been outlined as promising areas of cooperation.
