MINSK, 7 October (BelTA) – Crawler tractors of Mozyr Mechanical Engineering Plant that is part of Belarus’ MTZ Holding Company will be sold via the Russian company Rosagroleasing. The relevant agreement was signed by Director General of the trade and production company MTZ-Tatarstan Konstantin Anisimov and First Deputy Director General of Rosagroleasing Aleksandr Suchkov, BelTA learned from MTZ.
Three enterprises of MTZ Holding Company sell their products on the Russian market via Rosagroleasing: Minsk Tractor Works, (MTZ trademark) Smorgon Assembly Plant, and Bobruisk Plant of Tractor Parts and Units. “We signed the first agreement on prices with Rosagroleasing a year ago. Plans are in place to supply a total of 700-800 vehicles in 2020. Expanding the range of products with crawler tractors of Mozyr Mechanical Engineering Plant will increase sales. We expect to supply ten such vehicles by the end of the year,” Konstantin Anisimov said.
MTZ-Tatarstan and Rosagroleasing also signed an agreement on selling machinery via auction. “Under the instruction of MTZ Director General Vitaly Vovk, we have looked into ways to sell our machinery at special prices. We digitized our stock, compiled the list of products, and gave Rosagroleasing vehicle identification numbers of about 100 vehicles. They will be put up for auction at special prices. We hope that this will help us sell out our stock,” Konstantin Anisimov noted.
Moreover, the parties are also in talks over selling MTZ tractors with the capacity of 200-350hp via Rosagroleasing. Plans are in place to sign the first agreement on prices by the end of the year.
These agreements were signed on the sidelines of the international exhibition of agricultural machinery Agrosalon 2020 that is running in Moscow on 6-9 October.
