MINSK, 14 August (BelTA) – Gomselmash farm machinery producer has plans to build mutually beneficial partnerships with Kenyan companies. A respective memorandum has been signed during Africa's Prime Food, Hospitality & Agriculture Expo FoodAgro that took place in Nairobi, Kenya on 1-3 August, BelTA learned from the company.
Gomselmash products were showcased in Belarus’ national pavilion. Kenyan farmers could study PALESSE machinery, from sowing units to powerful grain and fodder harvesters.
“The first step towards cooperation was the memorandum of understanding signed by Gomselmash’s representative AF Trade and Kenyan company Pewin Group,” the company noted.
FoodAgro is part of Kenya International Trade Exhibition (KITE), the biggest exhibition event in East Africa. It was the first time Belarus took part in it. The National Marketing Center at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus acted as the organizer of the Belarus national exposition.
