MINSK, 31 August (BelTA) – The export of Belarusian computer services rose by 21.1% in H1 2021 in comparison with H1 2020 to nearly $1.5 billion, BelTA learned from a statistics report released by the National Statistics Committee.
Computer services accounted for 29.9% of Belarus’ total export of services in January-June 2021. Computer services remained second to transport services in terms of the export volume.
In H1 2021 Belarus’ total export of services rose by 17.6% to $4.833 billion. Import amounted to $2.671 billion, 21% up. The surplus of foreign trade in services reached $2.162 billion, up from $1.903 billion in January-June 2020.
