Belarus-Egypt trade commission to sit in Cairo 14-15 March

MINSK, 14 March (BelTA) – The Belarusian-Egyptian trade commission is set to meet in Cairo on 14-15 March, BelTA learnt from spokeswoman for the Trade Ministry Yelena Malinovskaya.

The Belarusian delegation will be led by Trade Minister Vladimir Koltovich. The delegation of Egypt will be headed by Minister of Trade and Industry Tarek Qabil.

While in Egypt, Vladimir Koltovich will meet with Prime Minister of Egypt Sherif Ismail, the chairpersons of the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce and the Egyptian Council for Sustainable Development.

Belarus’ Deputy Industry Minister Dmitry Korchik and head of the Industrial Development Authority of Egypt Ismail Jaber will head the first meeting of the Belarusian-Egyptian working group on cooperation in industry.

The Belarusian-Egyptian Business Forum will be held as part of the meeting of the bilateral intergovernmental commission for trade.
