MINSK, 22 September (BelTA) – Ways to develop all-round cooperation between Belarus and Zimbabwe were discussed during the working visit of Belarusian Ambassador to South Africa Andrei Molchan to Harare, Zimbabwe, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Andrei Molchan met with the Acting President of Zimbabwe, Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa. Besides, he held meetings with representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Agriculture, Mechanization and Irrigation, Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, as well as with the management of large agricultural, industrial and building companies.
The parties discussed a wide range of issues related to the development of all-round cooperation between Belarus and Zimbabwe, strengthening of the political dialogue, the status of implementation of the previously reached agreements, and the possibility of Belarus’ participation in large-scale infrastructure projects in Zimbabwe.
