MINSK, 12 March (BelTA) - Belarus and China are discussing the possibility of expanding air service, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Beijing.
These issues were the focus of the negotiations between Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to China Kirill Rudy and Air China top managers in Beijing. “During the meeting the parties considered expanding direct flights between the two countries, and reached agreements on bilateral cooperation within the framework of the Belarus-China Year of Tourism,” the embassy informed.
Air China is China’s flagship airline. In 2015, the company launched the first direct flight to connect Beijing and Minsk.
