Belarus, Brazil seek closer cooperation in business

MINSK, 11 November (BelTA) - The business circles of Belarus and Brazil are interested in developing cooperation in various economic sectors. The matter was discussed at a meeting of Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) Vladimir Ulakhovich with Honorary Consul of Belarus in Sao Paulo, President of the Belarus-Brazil Chamber of Commerce Gregory Goldshleger, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The parties considered prospects of expanding cooperation between business circles of Belarus and Brazil in petrochemistry, production of construction materials, textile, pulp and paper industry, healthcare, agricultural technologies.

“The participants of the meeting also discussed the possibility of implementing a joint project in the production of electric transport, the certification of Brazilian products in Belarus, the organization of the expositions of Belarusian manufacturers at international exhibitions in Brazil and business events as part of the expositions,” the BelCCI said.
