MINSK, 4 October (BelTA) - The Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of Belarus is ready to welcome teachers from China as part of the internship program, rector of the Belarusian university Marat Zhilinsky told the media on 4 October, BelTA has learned.

The academy is currently visited by representatives of the education institutions of Hunan Province, China. The heads of the universities are expected to discuss prospects of cooperation in the area of training and retraining the administrative personnel. “We plan to establish an exchange of internship between our teachers and students. We will start with short-term internship programs (5-10 days). If we agree on the matter today, we will be able to launch the process by the end of the year. We are already ready to welcome a group of Chinese specialists,” said Marat Zhilinsky.

According to the rector, the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of Belarus and the Hunan Academy are very similar in terms of training, retraining, and enhancement of qualifications of administrative personnel. "We are very interested in China's experience in training executive specialists. We are also ready to share our achievements. China is a globally developing state. The country occupies a leading position in the world. China's success is in its experience and the success of its national administration,” said Marat Zhilinsky.
