MINSK, 11 January (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has approved a draft agreement between the government of Belarus and the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of income and capital tax evasion as a basis for further talks. Corresponding decree No. 6 of 9 January 2017 was published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA informs.

The Taxes and Duties Ministry has been authorized to hold the talks and sign the draft agreement.
