Beijing hosts Days of Belarusian Products and Tourism

MINSK, 9 December (BelTA) - The Days of Belarusian Products and Tourism took place in Beijing, China on 7-9 December, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission to China.

The event was organized by the Belarusian embassy in China with the support of the Belarusian National Tourism Agency and more than 40 domestic food producers.

The display featured Belarus’ tourist and export potential with a focus on a wide range of meat, dairy, grocery and other products of the Belarusian state food industry concern Belgospishcheprom, as well as services in healthcare, environmental, industrial and other types of tourism aimed at the Chinese market. The Days of Belarusian Products and Tourism program included tasting of products and the exchange of contacts with Chinese importers with a view to establishing direct cooperation with the Belarusian manufacturers.

Attending the event were representatives of more than 90 Chinese companies and major industry associations. Representatives of Chinese business praised the high quality of Belarusian products, as well as the effective format of the event, which let directly assess the taste and packaging of products from Belarus.

Taking part in the Days of Belarusian Products were the enterprises Kvinfood, Kommunarka, Spartak, Savushkin Product, Babushkina krynka, Bellakt, Slodych, Lidakhleboprodukt, Gomel fat factory, Gomel winery, Glubokoye dairy canning factory, Krinitsa, Krasny Pischevik, Molochny Mir, Luninets Dairy Plant, Vinnyi Master, Minsk Kristal, Minsk Sparkling Wines Factory, Orsha Linen Mill, Gronitex, MTZ, MAZ, BelAZ, Gomselmash, Agriculture and Food Ministry, Bellegprom, Belgospishcheprom, National Agency of Tourism, National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and others.
