BCCI Minsk Office to tap new markets in 2015

MINSK, 19 January (BelTA) – The Minsk Office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) is planning to advance to new markets in 2015, Director General of the BCCI Minsk Office Alexander Fedorchuk said during a briefing session at the Minsk City Hall, BelTA has learned.

“Our program for 2015 includes visits to Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, and Russia’s Tatarstan. Besides, we are planning to take part in a number of new expos and hold already traditional fairs not only in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, but also in Moscow Oblast,” Alexander Fedorchuk noted.

In 2015 the BCCI Minsk Office will continue issuing certificates of partners’ reliability and developing the program of professional training for marketing consultants in Minsk. The office will also provide evaluation of enterprises as a property portfolio.

The BCCI Minsk Office offers more than 60 kinds of services to Minsk Oblast's exporters and importers, including consultations about foreign economic activities, inspection of goods, equipment and raw materials, certification of products and services, and search for new business proposals. Employees of the BCCI Minsk Office translate from 57 languages into Russian and Belarusian and into 38 foreign languages, help find new partners, conduct marketing research, and hold exhibition events. While working on the development of ties with chambers of commerce and industry of the CIS and non-CIS countries, the office signed some 190 cooperation agreements with regional chambers of commerce.
