MINSK, 16 March (BelTA) - Air China plans to open a regular air service Beijing-Minsk-Budapest-Beijing on 1 May, the press center of the Minsk National Airport told BelTA following the negotiations with representatives of the airline.
It is expected that the air company will operate the route four times a week, on board Airbus A330-200 aircraft: on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
The press center informed that the Chinese partners inquired about such services as aircraft maintenance, service of passengers and cargo, onboard meals.
The Air China delegation arrived in Belarus on 12 March and will stay in Minsk till 17 March.
Air China belongs to the Government of China. It is the flagship airline and the only airline which has the Chinese flag displayed on the aircraft. Air China's main hubs are Beijing Capital International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, and Shuangliu Airport.
