Crumble the butter with the sugar until you get a homogenous mix, add blended roasted almonds, flour and eggs. Knead it well, put into a dish, cover with a film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll the dough until it gets 1cm thin, spread it on a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 ºC. You can apply sugar syrup on top on the dough five minute before you take it out. After the dish cools down, pour the icing made from egg whites and powdered sugar.
Serve mazurka with butter sauce, fresh berries or ice cream.
