Belarusian money: Br100 banknotes

The National Bank of the Republic of Belarus has presented new Br100 banknotes. They were designed in 2009 and issued in 2022. The design of the renewed banknotes includes the following changes: the line Старшыня Праўлення [chairman of the board] and the facsimile of the signature have been removed; images of architectural structures on the front sides of the banknotes have been updated in line with the current looks; the name of the banknote is now spelled out. Instead of 2009 the banknote indicates the year of issue: 2022. A new watermark has been added in addition to the existing watermark, the security thread has been replaced. The new banknotes continue the series of previously updated denominations of Br5, Br10, Br20 and Br50, which were issued in circulation in 2019-2020.
