"Victory Day is, in fact, the main state holiday, and we started preparing for it long ago. We have been working on this for years. Government bodies, public and veterans’ organizations, civil society institutions have been actively preparing for the day. Our joint activity plays a special role in the intercultural collaboration, and is quite palpable in the Union State,” said Vladimir Zabarovsky.
