On 28 February, the Cosmonaut Training Center hosted the examination complex training of the prime crew of Visiting Expedition-21 to the International Space Station.
The training involved Roscosmos cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky, space flight participant Belarusian Marina Vasilevskaya and NASA astronaut Tracy Dyson. The training used the simulators of the Soyuz MS manned spacecraft and the ISS Russian Segment.
Marina Vasilevskaya was asked who she will call first after returning from the ISS. "I will call my mother," Marina Vasilevskaya said.
"My mother is closely following my preparation. The Belarusian media regularly report about this. So everyone is aware. I think my mom won't miss the moment of my landing," she added.
Marina Vasilevskaya also praised the well-coordinated work of the crew: "I fully support the words of the commander [Oleg Novitsky]. We work seamlessly, the crew is very experienced. We feel the strength and support of the commander and have a full confidence in him."
