MINSK, 11 February (BelTA-TASS) – The United Nations Organization expects that combat operations in Ukraine’s east will stop as a result of the negotiations between the heads of state of the Normandy 4 in Minsk. The relevant statement was made by Stephane Dujarric, spokesman for the UN Secretary General, BelTA has learned.

“We strongly hope for positive results,” he said. “We would like to see combat operations stopped in addition to seeing an agreement that all the sides will honor”.
