MINSK, 14 August (BelTA) - Russian politician and statesman Dmitry Rogozin revealed the reasons for his visit to Minsk as he met with Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko on 14 August, BelTA has learned.
Dmitry Rogozin stated that his working trip was going to be short but productive. He thanked Aleksandr Lukashenko for the opportunity to meet. “I am here in Minsk on a short working trip. Plans are in place to hold meetings with representatives of the country’s industrial sector, my old friends with whom we have always maintained good relations. Today I will negotiate with them on a number of projects that are primarily related to the work of our scientific and technical center,” he said.
“Therefore, I continue working, in a different capacity, but with a much greater potential for opportunities and taking into account the enormous changes that are taking place in the world of technology. I am going to report to you about it today,” said Dmitry Rogozin, who previously served as director general of Roscosmos for a number of years.
