MINSK, 31 August (BelTA) – Achieving desired results and maintaining discipline are factors of independence, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko said as he announced new appointments on 31 August, BelTA has learned.
“We need results. We need discipline. These are factors of our independence. Because economic development depends on this. The thing, about which we should be concerned most, is is the economy. There are no other problems in our society. We keep other things tightly under control. The economy is above all,” the Belarusian leader noted.
The president also mentioned the importance of the proper HR policy. “We have no other people. We have all kinds of people. But mainly these are good people. They can achieve anything. The only thing we need to do is to organize them,” the head of state said.
