MINSK, 12 February (BelTA) – The contact group on Ukraine has signed a document on a set of measures to implement the Minsk agreements, Russian President Vladimir Putin has told reporters in Minsk, BelTA has learned.

“The Minsk contact group has signed one document on the set of measures aimed at implementing the Minsk agreements,” Vladimir Putin noted.

He informed that the Normandy Four leaders adopted a statement to support the process.
