Myasnikovich: Belarus-Kazakhstan relations rely on trust and mutual respect
MINSK, 27 November (BelTA) – Belarus-Kazakhstan relations rely on trust and mutual respect. Chairman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich made the statement as he met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Belarus Yergali Bulegenov on 27 November, BelTA has learned. The ambassador’s mission in Belarus is nearly over.
Mikhail Myasnikovich stressed that there is trust and mutual respect in Belarus-Kazakhstan relations thanks to the ambassador’s work among other things. It is the most important thing, the head of the upper chamber of the Belarusian parliament was convinced.
Mikhail Myasnikovich went on saying that Belarus-Kazakhstan bilateral relations and interaction at international platforms are based on the same principles. “Belarus values it a lot,” noted the senator.
Mikhail Myasnikovich also mentioned promising avenues of bilateral relations. In particular, he mentioned the parliamentary dimension, economic cooperation. Mikhail Myasnikovich spoke in favor of more Belarusian-Kazakh joint ventures. According to the senator, it is important for the two countries to continue cooperation in science and technology as well as education with a focus on young people.
