MINSK, 2 October (BelTA) – Moldova is lucky to have brotherly relations with Belarus, BelTA learned from Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Moldova to Belarus Victor Sorochan.

"We can learn from Belarus. You have a very interesting experience of developing agriculture and machine engineering. That is why Moldova is lucky to have the brotherly relations with you," Victor Sorochan said.

The diplomat noted that he has already visited many Belarusian regions and it is comfortable for him to work in the country. "There are good people and we speak the same language, so we understand each other. We also have the long-standing traditional ties between the countries as we lived as one family for a long time. That is why I am confident that our relations will only become better," the ambassador said.
