MINSK, 3 December (BelTA) – Belarus’ village development formats should be imported from Belarus, Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili said in an interview with the ONT TV channel, BelTA has learned.
Giorgi Margvelashvili welcomed Belarus’ achievements in cattle breeding and crop farming. He emphasized that a solid groundwork was laid for the future of the Belarusian countryside. “Belarus’ village development formats should be imported from Belarus,” he said.
Speaking about personal highest-level contacts in interstate relations, Giorgi Margvelashvili noted that the personality of the Belarusian president has always sparked interest. “I think, the personality of Alexander Lukashenko plays a special role not only for me, but also for my other colleagues, because we often discuss Belarus with other presidents. Everyone I have talked to has an interest in the personality of Alexander Lukashenko. I see the person who knows how to prevent the country from being embezzled, how to keep the country together as it is advancing to a new economic format, to market relations...,” Giorgi Margvelashvili said.
