POLOTSK, 12 June (BelTA) – We need to analyze the ways to improve the work of the housing and utilities helpline 115, Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he paid a working visit to Polotsk on 12 June, BelTA has learned.
“There are many complaints regarding the work of the new phone line 115. It is similar to an emergency service. It was the right thing to do. This service needs to be independent of the housing and utilities sector. The service should be overseen by the district executive committees or other agency that accumulates all complaints from the public. You dial 115, the dispatcher receives your call, records your complaint, transfers it to the executor, and monitors the execution. It is a good system, but there are still many complaints,” said the head of state.
He instructed the government to check the performance of the service. “This service should run like clockwork ,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
