MINSK, 6 November (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko reflected on friendly relations with China as he attended the opening ceremony of a new world-class swimming pool in Minsk on 6 November, BelTA has learned.
The head of state thanked the Chinese side for the construction of this significant facility. "China made a promise and kept it. This is discipline. This is an example for us: said and done. Neither Trump, nor Harris, nor Biden can force the Chinese people to turn off their path. In this regard, we need to learn from China," the president pointed out.
Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed sincere gratitude to the Chinese side on behalf of the Belarusian people: "Thank you very much. You should know that we are reliable friends for you. We have been moving forward together for over 30 years. China has never reproached Belarus of deviating from the course we agreed to follow together."
