MINSK, 21 April (BelTA) – Human capital is the highest value of Belarus, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko said during the State of the Nation Address on 21 April, BelTA has learned.
“Human capital is our highest value because it is an investment in the future. A healthy and well-educated nation with a rich culture is the basis of a successful state,” the Belarusian leader pointed out.
The president recalled that the independent Belarus has always been a state for the people, and will remain so. The Belarusian authorities put every effort to achieve the main goals: provide social justice, improve living standards and well-being of citizens. “We have announced this principle back when Belarus gained independence. We have committed to this principle over 25 years, and we will never abandon it,” the head of state summarized.
