The Belarusian satellite for Earth remote sensing and the microsatellite communication system have been developed thanks to the use of advanced knowledge. Peleng Company has mastered the target satellite equipment with the resolution of less than one meter. Integral Company has launched the production of new electronic devices for operation in space,” the head of state said.
The president is confident that Belarus’ latest achievements are behind the decision to admit the country to the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space.
According to Alexander Lukashenko, Minsk will host the 31st Planetary Congress of the Association of Space Explorers in 2018. The head of state stressed that it is a great honor for the country.
