MINSK, 12 February (BelTA) – The Minsk agreements give a serious hope for the regulation of the crisis in Ukraine, President of France Francois Hollande said after the negotiations.

“It is a serious hope. It is a huge relief for Europe,” Francois Hollande said.

Francois Hollande confirmed that the parties have agreed on the ceasefire and the political regulation of the Ukrainian conflict.

However, the French leader said that the sides have to do a lot to implement the agreements.
