MINSK, 28 September (BelTA) – The China-Belarus Industrial Park Great Stone is open to residents from all countries, Andrei Gal, the head of the park’s administration, told journalists on 28 September, BelTA has learned.
“Indeed, it is a Belarusian-Chinese park. However, today we say that it is open to residents from all countries. We are ready to receive investments into Belarusian companies. Unfortunately, not all of our companies have the necessary hi-tech potential. We are actively working to promote our park among businessmen and show the unique terms and conditions that we offer,” Andrei Gal stressed.
He also said that Industrial Park Development Company signed an agreement with the German company Chemie-Cluster Bayern that will help promote the park in European countries.
The current list of residents of the park features eight companies, including a Belarusian one. “China Merchants Group is clearing the area of over 25.5 hectares where it will build the first stage of its new logistics center. Besides, the Chinese company Juxin Malt laid the first stone in the foundation of its new plant last week,” Andrei Gal noted.
