Chinese expert: Lukashenko is a proactive politician
BEIJING, 5 May (BelTA) – Belarus pays much attention to industrial cooperation and development of economic ties with other states. It means that Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko is committed to the proactive policy, Director of the Institute of Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Zhu Xiaozhong said, BelTA has learned.
Zhu Xiaozhong stressed that Belarus is a very stable country which economy has been constantly growing in recent years. The representative of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences pointed out the significance of Belarusian achievements in mechanical engineering, advanced technologies, agriculture. Apart from that, she said that the country has many highly-qualified and well educated specialists. “It is one of the major positive factors for foreign investors,” Zhu Xiaozhong said.
In her opinion, the project to set up the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park Great Stone is a good example of productive bilateral ties. “It is a very good example of exemplary cooperation between our countries. Besides, it is the biggest technological park which is being established with the participation of China abroad,” Zhu Xiaozhong noted.
