MINSK, 29 September (BelTA) – The China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone will utilize the entire transit potential of Belarus, BelTA learned from Kirill Koroteyev, First Deputy Director General of SZAO Industrial Park Development Company, on 29 September.
The executive said: “We intend to use up the entire transit potential that Belarus has. We have studied the best practices for facilitating business operation and have assimilated them. Apart from the existing tax regulations, which are rather attractive on their own, we’ve simplified administrative procedures. A park administration has been created. It successfully operates, develops, and combines all the administrative regulation elements in itself.”
In his words, Belarus is now working together with partners in the Eurasian Economic Union to improve business operation terms in free economic zones. “As part of this regime the park will be granted qualities of a port zone. It will allow processing cargoes faster, getting through customs formalities faster in addition to providing more services to the residents,” explained Kirill Koroteyev.
