MINSK, 27 June (BelTA) – The business partnership between Belarus and Vietnam should be filled with new content, Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) Vladimir Ulakhovich said at the opening of the Belarusian-Vietnamese business forum on 27 June, BelTA has learned.
“Today’s forum can be called a landmark event in the relations between Belarusian and Vietnamese businesses, first of all, because its opening is attended by the leaders of the two countries,” Vladimir Ulakhovich noted.
The forum is the largest meeting of Belarusian and Vietnamese businessmen. It has gathered over a hundred participants from Vietnam ready to exchange business proposals and consider concrete projects in a broad range of areas, including construction, finance, heavy and light industry, agriculture, education, healthcare, and others. “The great mutual interest proves that geographical distance is not an obstacle to cooperation, partnership and friendship between large, medium-sized, and small businesses,” Vladimir Ulakhovich emphasized.
“Vietnam has been our traditional partner for many years. This means that our cooperation will be growing stronger based on the time-tested warm and friendly relations,” the BelCCI chairman said.
