MINSK, 16 November (BelTA) – The recent events in Paris confirmed the need for the entire world community to consolidate the efforts against terrorism, runs the letter of condolences from CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha in connection with the terror acts in Paris, OSCE Press Secretary Vladimir Zainetdinov told BelTA.
Nikolai Bordyuzha expressed deep condolences to French President Francois Hollande and the French people. “The acts of terrorism committed in Paris, the biggest ones in the history of the country, once again confirm the need for solidarity and unity, consolidation of efforts from the entire world community in the fight against international terrorism,” he noted.
“Strongly condemning any acts of terrorism, we believe that the flagrant terror acts and media reports that the Islamic State claimed the attacks are pursuing the only aim, which is to show the world community that this terrorist group continues its existence despite the complete rejection of it from the entire civilized world and daily big losses it has been bearing in Syria and Iraq,” the letter of condolences reads.
