MINSK, 16 December (BelTA) – Belarus will do its utmost to implement the agreements reached with the UAE, Belarus’ Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei said following the third meeting of the joint committee on cooperation between the governments of Belarus and the United Arab Emirates on 16 December, BelTA has learned.
The parties paid special attention to trade and economic cooperation. “We think we have identified the cooperation areas that can help us advance our relations to a new level. We have signed a number of bilateral agreements. The main task now is to work towards their implementation. Belarus will do its utmost to ensure that the agreements be implemented,” Vladimir Makei said.
The Belarusian side believes that the coordinated joint work in such areas as woodworking, petrochemical industry, metallurgy, logistics, civil aviation, facilitation of visa regime will help the two countries to better harness the potential of bilateral cooperation and contribute to the well-being of the peoples of the two states.
