MINSK, 23 November (BelTA) - Minsk is ready to provide all the necessary conditions for the Normandy Four meeting, spokesman for the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Mironchik told BelTA.

“In case the parties make such a decision, Belarus is ready to provide all the necessary conditions for such a meeting in Minsk,” Dmitry Mironchik said.

TASS informed earlier with a reference to a western diplomatic source, that the meeting of the foreign ministers of the Normandy Four (Russia, Ukraine, Germany, and France) may take place in Minsk in late November: “The issues of holding such a meeting are raised. The heads of the foreign ministries of the four countries may gather in the Belarusian capital city by the end of the month,” the source told TASS. German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier confirmed that the preparations are underway for the meeting of the foreign ministers.
