MINSK, 22 November (BelTA) - Belarus hopes to bring the trust-based strategic cooperation with India to a higher level, Belarus’ Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Valentin Rybakov said before the Belarusian-Indian conference.

We discussed a wide range of issues relating to political interaction between Belarus and India, trade and economic ties, investment, cooperation in culture and tourism. We also discussed the interaction on the international arena - in the UN and other organizations,” Valentin Rybakov said.
The deputy minister expressed confidence that the business conference will create new opportunities for promoting contacts between businessmen of the two countries. “For the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the main topic that we discussed was the preparation of the official visit of the Belarusian President to India next year.
