Belarus’ experience seen as useful for Azerbaijan’s preparations for 3rd CIS Games

BAKU, 9 October (BelTA-Azertac) - Belarus’ experience will be very useful for Azerbaijan in its preparation for the 3rd CIS Games, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said at the CIS Heads of State Council meeting in Moscow on 8 October.

“The 3rd CIS Games will be held in Azerbaijan next year. The city of Ganja will become the sports capital of the games. Competitions will also be held in more than ten cities of Azerbaijan. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Belarus on the successful organization of the 2rd CIS Games. The experience of our Belarusian friends will be very useful for us in the preparation for and organization of this important sporting event,” Ilham Aliyev said.
